Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Data Architect to own the enterprise data environment end-to-end, focusing on Snowflake, data modeling, and multi-source integration. The role emphasizes designing scalable data architectures that enable automation, governance, and operational insights.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Network/Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to turn requirements into robust data solutions and guide strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data/IT experience with 5+ years at the Data Architect level.
• Strong Data Modeling experience across conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Extensive Snowflake architecture experience including database/schema design.
• Experience architecting data integration across multiple sources (ETL/ELT, APIs).
• Establish Data Governance including data quality, metadata, lineage and access controls.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Network/Infra, Automation, Cloud, Security and Ops.
• Lead medium-to-large data initiatives and drive new technologies to production.
• Design data architecture that supports automation and governed APIs and pipelines.
• Experience with network/infrastructure operational data (inventory, topology, telemetry, etc.).

Seeking a Senior Data Architect who can own the big picture of a complex enterprise data environment while remaining technically hands-on. This person will focus heavily on Snowflake, Data Modeling, multi-source data integration, and designing data architecture that supports automation and network/infrastructure operations.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements / Must-Haves

• 10+ years of Data/IT experience with 5+ years at the Data Architect level, owning enterprise-level data architecture and solution design.
• Strong Data Modeling experience, including conceptual, logical, and physical models and designing how data from multiple systems connects and relates.
• Strong Snowflake architecture experience, including database/schema design, data warehousing, data pipelines, and scalable data solutions.
• Experience architecting data integration across multiple sources, leveraging technologies/concepts such as ETL/ELT, APIs, data pipelines, and batch and/or streaming ingestion.
• Experience establishing Data Governance and architecture standards, including data quality, metadata, data lineage, data ownership, access controls, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Network/Infrastructure, Automation, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
• Experience leading medium-to-large data initiatives, independently bringing new technologies/solutions to the table and driving them through execution.Experience designing data architecture that supports automation, including governed APIs, automated data pipelines/workflows, validation, and reliable data integration.
• Experience working with network, infrastructure, or complex operational data including areas such as network inventory, topology, configuration, telemetry, observability, events, performance, ITSM, or CMDB data.
