Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across Retail, semiconductor, and power technology.

You will combine program management, architecture, and hands-on leadership to deliver scalable data solutions. You will architect modern data platforms using Databricks, Azure, SQL, AWS, Python, PySpark, and Incorta, designing high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in data, analytics or AI/ML roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.

Job description

Job Duties

Lead enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across Retail, semiconductor, power technology by combining program management, technical architecture, and hands‑on engineering leadership. Collaborate with executives to translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven solutions. Architect modern data platforms using Databricks, Azure, SQL, AWS, Python, PySpark, Incorta and design high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines, ETL/ELT pipelines with Pyspark and data models. Lead and deliver end‑to‑end projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives through Agile methodologies. Establish data governance, quality, and metadata standards across systems. Mentor cross‑functional teams, conduct design and code reviews, and enforce best practices. Deliver BI and analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE.streamlit) to support decision‑making. Evaluate technical solutions and talent and drive cloud transformation and enterprise data modernization initiatives.

Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
