Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Engineer to develop data analyses, reporting, and visualizations using Tableau, located in Downtown Los Angeles with hybrid options. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions and drive informed business decisions.

The role requires a strong SQL background, experience in data storytelling, and a track record of delivering insights that impact strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Math/Economics or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience with SQL, data visualization, and complex data analysis.
• Proven experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and identify pain points where reporting and analytics add value.
• Perform complex data analyses and derive actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for data projects.
• Communicate findings and insights through presentations and reports, promoting dashboard adoption for data-driven decisions.
• Support data-driven decision-making initiatives and optimize reporting tools across the firm.
