Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics or related roles.
• Bank/Financial Services industry experience.
• Strong analytics platforms (Python, R, SPSS) and data modeling.
• Ability to write, read and interpret code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Curious, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Analysis: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets; validate data pipelines.
• Analytics Design: Recommend new quantitative methodologies and evolve existing ones.
• Advanced Analytics Execution: Apply SEM, ENET, K-means to uncover insights.
• Process Improvement: Automate analysis; leverage AI and broaden data access.
• Best Practice Development: Create a knowledge warehouse for reusable code.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships to align research priorities.
• Manager: Lead three analysts as a player-coach on technical and analytical best practices.
• Insight Storytelling: Synthesize findings into narratives and guide teams from insight to action.
