NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Sr Staff Engineer – Data Analytics to build and scale data products, models, and analytical foundations powering decision-making and customer reporting across the organization.

You will work across Databricks, dbt, Tableau, and supporting data technologies to transform raw data into trusted, reusable analytical products, and mentor analytics engineers while guiding architecture and governance.

Competenze

• 10+ years in analytics/data engineering or BI.
• Advanced SQL skills with analytical data models.
• Production experience with dbt.
• Strong Databricks experience with Delta Lake.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling and data governance.
• Proficiency with Python and scripting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software practices.

• Analytics Engineering & Data Modeling: design, build, test, and maintain production-grade analytical data models using dbt and Databricks.
• Semantic Layer & Business Analytics: evolve semantic models and support reporting and BI tooling.
