Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in finance data engineering, experience with AI-assisted tools, and a track record of building production‑grade data systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or data analytics within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on engineer capable of designing, building, and maintaining production-grade data systems as an individual contributor.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Strong knowledge of financial data across the trade lifecycle, including orders, executions, and position management.
• Experience working with quantitative analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data analytics applications and pipelines with Python; leverage Java for existing services.
• Develop AI-powered monitoring agents to enhance operational visibility and automate workflows.
• Build data sourcing integrations to ingest data from multiple platforms within Prime Services and Markets Technology.
• Develop analytics tools and dashboards enabling business users and quantitative analysts to derive insights.
• Write production‑quality, well‑tested code; participate in code reviews and uphold best practices.
