• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on Python experience for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
• Experience working with AWS data ecosystem.
• Expertise in data profiling, ETL processes, data quality, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and analytical frameworks.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Build and optimize datasets, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop Python-based analytics and automation solutions.
• Work with Snowflake and AWS data platforms to support enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to drive data quality and governance.
• Support UAT, business process improvements, and reporting initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.
