Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, joins, aggregations, and CTEs.
• Python experience for data analysis, automation, and repeatable reporting workflows.
• Experience with large-scale transactional, operational, or financial datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate methodologies to technical & non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to answer business questions and support decision-making
• Develop and run SQL-based data extracts from multiple databases and systems
• Deliver reporting and analytical support for operational, compliance, finance, and business functions
• Handle ad hoc requests and time-sensitive reporting deliverables
• Validate data accuracy through reconciliations, cross-checks, and quality control processes
• Investigate discrepancies and work with stakeholders to ensure reporting integrity
• Document reporting methodologies, business rules, and data definitions
• Identify recurring reporting needs and partner with technical teams to develop scalable solutions
• Help define requirements, business logic, edge cases, and testing criteria for new reporting tools and dashboards
• Contribute to the development of self-service reporting and business intelligence capabilities
