Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of data analysis, reporting, or BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Experience producing recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics and process improvements.
• Preferred: experience in higher education, advancement, nonprofit fundraising, or a CRM-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytical outputs for annual giving performance, including donor behavior analysis and segmentation
• Enable campaign execution visibility, portfolio and pipeline reporting, and related management reporting
• Interpret fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities and improve reporting practices
• Help maintain business definitions and support process consistency across reporting
• Contribute to development-focused projects
• Partner with OER colleagues and central Advancement teams to deliver accurate, reliable decision support and strengthen broader development analytics over time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL
• Experience analyzing complex datasets
• Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy
