Scale's Data Analytics team embeds data analysts across delivery, operations, finance, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable insights. As a Senior Data Analyst for Public Sector, you'll design dashboards, build data models, and perform ad-hoc analyses that shape how Scale runs and measures its Public Sector business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and data modeling with DBT.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools like Tableau or Metabase.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership.
• Excellent communication to translate analysis into narratives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality for your domain and document models.
• Define and track key metrics for monitoring and planning.
• Develop repeatable, scalable analytical solutions.
• Partner with Ops to measure efficiency initiatives and impacts.
• Partner with Finance to analyze cost drivers and pricing.
• Dig into root causes and drive complex projects to completion.
