Job summary

NASBA seeks a Senior Data Analyst to transform NASBA data into actionable insights that improve decision making and performance. You will partner with business unit leaders, IT, and external partners to define analytics requirements and deliver accurate reporting and analytics products.

You will design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, validate data quality, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability and performance.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data management, or a related field.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions is required.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders and stakeholders to identify business questions, define analytical needs, and translate those needs into clear reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design, build, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self‑service analytics solutions using Power BI and other approved tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, root causes, and performance drivers, and present findings through narratives, visualizations, and executive‑level summaries.
• Own the quality, usability, adoption, and measurable business outcomes of analytics and reporting solutions.
• Monitor report and dashboard utilization, performance, and stakeholder feedback, and refine solutions based on results.
