Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience, 5+ in specialized analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and AWS NoSQL environments.
• Hybrid office setting in Houston or Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own Power BI dashboards and reports for business, product, and operational stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business questions into scalable data models and visualizations.
• Analyze and model data from Postgres, DynamoDB, and AWS-hosted infrastructure.
• Incorporate RUM and APM data into dashboards to surface trends related to performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Build and maintain advanced DAX measures and calculations with dashboard performance in mind.
• Validate data accuracy, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering to resolve data inconsistencies.
