Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Sr Data Analyst of Loan Boarding to ensure daily boarding tasks are completed accurately and timely, identify process improvements, and update policies. The role includes leading the team when needed and training colleagues.

You will perform QA checks, maintain knowledge of all loan boarding processes, and support new mapping projects with external flow sellers, while coordinating with the AVP as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for mortgage servicing.
• 4–5 years of related mortgage servicing experience.
• 3–4 years of related Loan Boarding experience.
• Keen analytic skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience and confidence in communicating with external parties and management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong time management skills working autonomously.
• Strong skills in various ETL languages (e.g. SQL or VBA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interface with external clients and internal partners.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft SharePoint.
• At least 1–2 years of MSP experience.

• Facilitates mapping calls with new flow sellers/clients.
• Manage milestone timelines of all new mapping projects.

The Sr Data Analyst of Loan Boarding ensures all daily boarding tasks are completed accurately and timely.
