Adyen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Customer Interfaces Data team to turn product analytics into measurable business impact across customer-facing interfaces, localized portals, and standardized design systems.

You will own the interface metrics strategy, lead large-scale experiments, analyze localization performance, and partner with product, design, and frontend engineering to drive data-driven decisions while upholding data quality and governance in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product analytics, UX analytics, or web/mobile interface data roles.
• Expertise in designing large-scale experiments and A/B tests with measurable impact.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with data processing frameworks like Airflow, PySpark, and Pandas.

Responsibilities

• Own the Interface Metrics Strategy: design, deploy, and maintain metrics that align interface performance with merchant success.
• Design System Analytics: measure adoption, usability, and UI performance of design system components across platforms.
• Drive Localization Optimization: analyze localized products and market-specific interfaces for native, intuitive experiences.
• Execute Rigorous A/B Testing: design and run large-scale conversion experiments; govern analytics tools like Mixpanel.
• Strategic product partner: act as trusted data consultant for product, design, and engineering; provide proactive recommendations.
