Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience generating analytical insights to support business strategy.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
• Experience developing dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
• Develop insights to support customer acquisition, segmentation, and product strategy
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders
• Design and develop dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Support experimentation and data-driven decision-making to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, marketing, and product development
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization within customer journeys
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including behavioral data
• Contribute to hypothesis-driven analysis and strategic initiatives
