LexisNexis Special Services Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst I to lead advanced analytics for high‑risk and time‑sensitive inquiries. You will interpret complex data sources, generate actionable intelligence, and collaborate with customers, engineers and operations to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring TS clearance experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to work independently while guiding junior analysts in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience and/or military service.
• U.S. citizenship and Active TS clearance required.
• Extensive experience supporting Law Enforcement or government contracts.
• Extensive knowledge of public records and LexisNexis data sources.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting.

About the Role:

A Senior Data Analyst I should have a solid understanding of best practices and can execute on projects and initiatives without supervision from others. Individuals will create advanced‑level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. A Senior Data Analyst I is subject matter expert in their domain. Individuals in this role lead analytics effort with high complexity, mostly independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of both internal and external data sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all analyses.
• Proactively supporting colleagues and leadership in strengthening relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive service solutions and positive business outcomes.
• Developing and sustaining strong customer relationships by advising on best practices, procedures, and methodologies to promote engagement and customer advocacy.
• Delivering clear, concise, and timely communications aligned with business standards to key internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience and/or military service.
• U.S. citizenship and Active TS clearance is required, at a minimum.
• Law Enforcement or government contractor experience preferred but not required.
• Extensive experience supporting Law Enforcement or a government agency, either as a direct employee or as a contractor.
• Proven ability to independently review, interpret, and comply with government contracts, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Must have extensive knowledge of public records and good understanding of personal, commercial, and/or Governmental data sources and their applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LexisNexis tools, platforms, and products.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies to support advanced analytical workflows and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
