You will mine and summarize data, ensure data quality, build dashboards in Tableau or similar tools, and translate findings into actionable requirements for stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred; strong project management and communication skills are essential for coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills with status reporting and roadmaps.
• Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience with analytical software (Tableau, Alteryx or similar).
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to develop immersive stories answering business questions.
• Mine, process, and summarize data; manage data quality and QA of data scraping.
• Analyze large datasets and create dashboards; produce KPIs and insights.
• Set up and maintain data processes and analytics capabilities.
• Translate insights into actionable requirements for stakeholders and management.
