The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product analytics, advanced SQL skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an annual base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced consumer finance or fintech startup environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results for technical and business audiences.
• Capacity to manage collaborative relationships and assert influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the product pod to align on core metrics.
