Job summary

Profiles is hiring a Senior Business Data Analyst for our Irvine, CA office to own data intake, triage, and prioritization of data requests. The role requires strong SQL, ETL/BI delivery experience, and collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure accurate validation and post-launch verification.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and BI tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will perform rigorous data profiling, root-cause analysis, and hands-on validation of data workflows,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business/data analysis experience.
• 2+ years hands-on ETL/DW/BI delivery.
• Strong data profiling skills.
• Experience performing validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and prioritization of data requests.
• Write and optimize SQL daily; build reconciliation/validation queries.
• Own launch readiness, cutover, and post-launch verification.
• Liaise between business and technical teams; ensure compliance (RESPA, TILA, HMDA).
