Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
• 8+ years in a technical field.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience advising DoD decision makers on methodologies and results.
• Proficient in statistics, programming in R or Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, and causal analysis.
• Lead monitoring and reporting for monthly contract reports and deliverables.
• Integrate multiple disciplines in an operations research team and translate methods for managers.
• Review and improve quality control methods on products.
• Prepare training materials to onboard new personnel on analytic tools and methodologies.
• Distill structured and unstructured data into cohesive analytical products for contracting audience.
• Support pattern analysis to recommend actions based on past, current, and projected operations.
