CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring a Data Analyst Senior to leverage the Power Platform, Python, R, and advanced Excel skills to clean and prepare data for analysis and visualization. You will create dashboards and reports that inform client and internal decisions, while developing solutions with increasing autonomy.

The role emphasizes collaboration across offices, potential leadership tasks, and involvement in new business development as you grow your data analytics practice.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science or related field required. Five years is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop service specific knowledge and collaborate with peers, internal experts, and clients to gain exposure to various situations.
• Participate in collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools; support building and implementing solutions for clients and internal projects.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms; apply predictive analytics, ML, and AI techniques; monitor solution performance and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with leadership and colleagues across offices; may serve as primary client contact and assist with new business development.
