Job summary

Monex USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead development and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and presentations, translating complex financial data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders.

You will architect scalable BI systems, drive advanced analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will establish standardized data models, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, economics, finance, actuarial science, statistics, or business.
• 3+ years of professional analytics experience.
• Proficient in Power BI or Tableau, Power Query, DAX and MS Excel.
• Experience in data intelligence projects and data modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Architect and optimize scalable BI systems, including databases and data models.
• Oversee data collection, transformation, and integration from internal and external sources.
• Drive advanced data analysis to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Manage validation, testing, and governance of BI tools and datasets.
• Establish standardized data models, reporting frameworks, and reusable analytics assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics.
• Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
