  • Build reliable, well‑tested, production‑ready pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
  • Use AI‑powered tooling as part of the everyday workflow to accelerate analysis, pipeline development, and iteration.
  • Communicate findings, models, and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, owning projects end‑to‑end from scoping through delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a closely related field, with 6–7 years considered ideal.
  • Strong SQL expertise and comfort working across large or complex datasets.
  • Hands‑on experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of owning and delivering projects end‑to‑end, ideally with some project management experience.
  • Collaborative, energetic communication style suited to a close‑knit team.
Nice to have
  • Consumer credit or lending analytics background, ideally from banking.
  • Fintech or SaaS fintech experience.
  • Day‑to‑day use of AI tools inside an analytics workflow.
  • Python or another coding language.
  • Existing experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
