We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented, and customer-centric Data Analyst to join our ESG Data Management team at Aristocrat. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sustainability journey as a global leader in gaming, entertainment, and technology. You will work with various stakeholders to support sustainability reporting and automation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and respond flexibly to data inquiries, presenting complex data clearly and succinctly.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using various tools.
• Write SQL scripts for database validation and testing.
• Perform complex relational database queries and technical analyses.
• Assist with data migration testing and ensure data quality through QA processes.
• Work with data tools like RDMS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Talend, etc.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
• Extensive experience with SQL, and familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Azure, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information effectively.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with ESG data reporting.

• Salary Range: $84,806 - $157,497/year, based on experience and other factors.
• Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
