Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into insight and action across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce teams. You will structure data, build models, and deliver dashboards to empower cross-functional decision making.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python or R skills, and experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. A quantitative degree is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R.
  • Experience in building dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Experience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation: Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends.
  • Modeling & Advanced Analytics: Develop predictive models and apply regression, clustering, forecasting to support decision-making.
  • Reporting & Enablement: Build dashboards and data tools, ensure data quality and governance, and share knowledge across the team.

Department & Position Overview

As a Sr Data Analyst, you’ll be a core member of our Data Analytics team, responsible for turning data into insight and insight into action.

This role will work at the intersection of analytics and data science to prepare and structure data, build advanced models, and interpret results with suggested actions to drive impact across our Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce teams.

Every Day You Will
  • Insight Generation
    • Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends & insights
    • Build robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, structure analyses, and translate findings into clear business recommendations
Modeling & Advanced Analytics
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast key outcomes, supporting decision-making
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to support workforce planning, marketing optimization, and service design
Reporting & Enablement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data tools to democratize access to insights
  • Help ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the analytics ecosystem
  • Document your work and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practices
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Proven track record of strong customer focus and adaptability, with a strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • A passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate through multiple systems, while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Demonstrates fluency over all tools and resources specific to the role
  • Ability to embrace change and departmental growth in an evergreen environment
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
  • Experience in building dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools
  • Experience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources for analytics such as Salesforce/ other CRM platforms & Google Analytics
  • Google Ads would be a nice‑to‑have

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
