We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with at least 2 years of hands‑on analytics experience supported by a Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and business performance. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with business leaders to interpret data, track performance, and tell clear stories that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate can analyze complex business problems, identify meaningful trends and performance drivers, and translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytics (~60% of Time) Strategy & Insight Generation: Apply advanced analytical methodologies to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, uncover root causes, and provide actionable recommendations that support operational and strategic objectives.
• Business Consulting & Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to define key business questions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and prioritize analytical opportunities.
• Data Discovery & Innovation: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to data assets, metrics, and analytical capabilities that strengthen business insights, decision‑making, and organizational performance.
• Analytics Enablement: Define KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, and dashboard design to enable consistent, data‑driven decision‑making.
• Analytical Review & Validation: Apply a high level of attention to detail to evaluate analytical outputs, identify discrepancies, validate data integrity, assess calculation logic, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.

Communication & Influence (~40% of Time)

• Communication & Storytelling: Develop compelling presentations, reports, and narrative documents that translate complex analytical results and model outputs into clear, actionable business stories for diverse audiences from frontline teams to executive leadership.
• Organizational Influence: Drive adoption of data‑driven decision‑making across the organization, advocating for best practices in model consumption, insights application, and analytical rigor.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Operations team to translate business needs into reporting solutions, providing guidance on metric definitions, data requirements, dashboard functionality, and user adoption.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for reporting/visualization.
• Experience with Databricks or similar distributed computing/cloud platform.

Analytical Skills

Deep expertise in statistical analysis, trend and variance analysis, segmentation, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and model concepts clearly to executive leadership.

Meticulousness

Ability to thoroughly validate data, analyses, and reporting outputs; identify discrepancies and gaps; and ensure accurate, reliable business insights.

Stakeholder Management

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and align analytical work to business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in advanced data analysis, machine learning, or a related analytics role.
• Minimum Education: Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required.
