Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm / 37.5 - hours weekly
There is some work from home flexibility that is determined by the manager. This is not a full-time remote position - required to work in the Nashville office for a minimum of two days per week and as needed.
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming NASBA data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision‑making, operational performance, and measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with business unit leaders, Information Technology, and external partners to understand business questions, define analytical requirements, and deliver accurate, timely, and useful reporting and analytics products.
Five to eight years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data management, or a related field is required. Demonstrated experience developing and supporting enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions is required. Experience with Power BI and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake is strongly preferred. Experience working in vendor‑supported or outsourced environments is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
Some work from home is flexible; however, you must live in the Middle TN area and not out of state. This is not a full‑time remote position, and you must work in the Nashville, TN office two days per week or as needed.
