Job summary

Rivet, at Cherry Point, North Carolina, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to turn large aviation logistics datasets into actionable insights in an onsite role, helping establish secure data collection, storage, and reporting processes.

You will lead analytics across visualization, QA, and automated reporting, and ensure results are communicated clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to maintain a Secret security clearance
• Substantial demonstrated experience performing analytics, data management, visualization, reporting, and secure data-handling duties described above
• Strong pattern and anomaly-detection skills, with proficiency in statistical software packages and analytical tools
• Demonstrated experience briefing large audiences on technical subjects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create visualizations that clearly communicate project progress, findings, risks, and outcomes
• Detect patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies using strong pattern and anomaly-detection skills
• Use statistical software packages and analytical tools to perform analysis and develop insights
• Compile and present complex information to audiences with varying technical backgrounds
• Establish and maintain data collection and storage systems, programs, and procedures that support analytic systems
• Build and optimize queries, scripts, and automated workflows to streamline recurring reporting and analysis
• Ensure data handling, storage, and reporting meet applicable security, privacy, and governance requirements
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations used by leadership and stakeholders

Rivet is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in North Carolina. In this onsite role, you will turn large aviation logistics and maintenance datasets into actionable insights, while helping establish secure data collection, storage, and reporting processes.

You will also lead analytics work across visualization, quality assurance, and ongoing reporting automation, ensuring results are communicated clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll do

• General experience to meet one of the desired qualifications: 10 years with an associate’s degree, 8 years with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree
• In lieu of a degree, candidates may qualify with additional years of relevant experience
