• Create tooling and golden paths to improve reliability and delivery time.
• Harden security controls across platforms and pipelines.
• Improve observability with SLOs, telemetry, monitoring, and rollback practices.
• Integrate cloud services and container orchestration to reduce toil.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Guide solution decisions and run technical reviews for robust outcomes.
• Document standards and reusable components for consistency.
• Coach teams on data modeling and performance optimization.
• Be available for critical escalations and urgent IT incidents.
