Job summary

CareDx is seeking a data engineering and clinical NLP specialist to own the design and delivery of pipelines that transform EMR data into standardized clinical data.

You will develop hybrid approaches combining rules, dictionaries, deep learning, and LLMs for clinical entity extraction and context interpretation, partnering with clinicians to ensure robust production for transplant-focused data and OMOP CDM mappings.
