Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software or data engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in system design, app development, testing, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python 3, ETL, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, NoSQL, and Terraform.
• Experience with data migration and platform migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices, CI/CD, security, and SDLC.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development and validating AI outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data sensitivity, and secure handling.
• Experience in API-driven development with FastAPI on AWS ECS, API Gateway, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with deployment pipelines: Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker; True CD for testing.
• Experience in cloud, AI/ML, or mobile domains.
• Practical cloud-native experience with AWS ECS, Lambda, API Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions.
• Build secure, high-quality production code in at least one language.
• Drive adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation to increase value.
• Implement and manage Snowflake data solutions.
• Develop ETL pipelines with Python, Databricks, and Spark.
• Use SQL and NoSQL with Spark for analysis.
• Analyze data to support secure and stable development.
• Lead projects, mentor juniors, and foster inclusion.
