Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in solution architecture/ERP solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance with Project Accounting
• Proven experience in cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture
• Strong data architecture and modeling capabilities; familiarity with design methodologies/tools
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, IT standards and governance
• Expertise in solution architecture design and technical feasibility analysis
• Ability to map technology requirements to business needs and cost-benefit analyses
• Strong relationship-building, client trust and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills with impactful delivery
• Leadership, driving outcomes and change management experience
• Adaptability and negotiation/influencing skills
