Qualifications

• Must-have: 8+ years leading D365 Finance implementations.
• Must-have: track record delivering full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
• Must-have: strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing.
• Must-have: ability to architect solutions and guide teams.
• Must-have: excellent communication with C-suite and directors.
• Must-have: proven ability to manage priorities and lead engagements.
• Must-have: manufacturing or distribution domain experience; metals exposure valued.
• Must-have: knowledge of procurement and inventory within D365.
• Must-have: experience with ISV solutions in the D365 ecosystem.
• Must-have: D365 Finance certifications; CPA/CMA/CFA a plus.
• Must-have: consulting experience in professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Advise CFOs and Operations leaders to define requirements and transformation roadmaps.
• Set solution direction and guide delivery teams to meet scope and quality.
• Lead functional design and data integrity improvements to maximize platform value.
• Participate in quality reviews and steer projects through design and deployment.
• Mentor team members and support growth of the D365 offering.
• Engage in team-building and internal initiatives for personal development.
