Job summary

SNI is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Integration Engineer to architect and deliver robust integrations between D365 F&O and external systems using Azure Integration Services. The role requires 5+ years in integration with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX, plus strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on software engineering and integration experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O integration mechanics: Data Entities, OData, DMF, Business Events, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful architectures, JSON/XML, data transformation and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing secure integrations via OAuth 2.0, Entra ID, service principals, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated CI/CD release pipelines.
• Strong analytical and client-facing English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver integrations connecting D365 F&O with external apps and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services.
• Develop components using D365 F&O mechanisms: Data Entities, OData, DMF, Business Events, and Custom Services.
• Design scalable integration models: synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven patterns.
• Implement data transformations, error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, and security across flows.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployments, and root-cause troubleshooting.

For one of our clients based in Poland, we are currently looking for a Senior D365 F&O Integration Engineer.

Job details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months with extension
• Remote work from Poland

Scope:

• Architect, build, and deliver robust integrations connecting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) with external enterprise applications and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services.
• Develop integration components leveraging D365 F&O native mechanisms, including Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, Data Management Framework (DMF), Business Events, and Custom Services.
• Design scalable integration models using synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven patterns.
• Implement data transformations, structured error/exception handling, automated retries, logging, monitoring, and security controls across all integration flows.
• Partner with functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical integration designs.
• Drive unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release deployment, and root-cause troubleshooting across project environments.

Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on software engineering and integration experience, with a core focus on D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Deep technical proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of D365 F&O integration mechanics (Data Entities, OData, DMF, Business Events, REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of RESTful architectures, JSON/XML data formats, data transformation techniques, and enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
• Proven experience implementing secure integrations via OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git source control, and automated CI/CD release pipelines.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and clear client-facing communication skills in English.
