Job summary

BDO Digital, LLC, a subsidiary of BDO USA, P.C., seeks a manager to join the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. You will support strategy, discovery, requirements, documentation, and implementation management across ERP, CRM, and HCM projects for clients in various industries.

You will engage in solution design, process optimization, governance, and dashboarding to quantify value and drive client outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with six or more years ERP experience or High School Diploma with seven or more years ERP experience.
Six or more years of business process analysis or related ERP/CRM education/experience.
Some client-facing consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Participates in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions and documents current processes.
Performs functional design in ERP/HCM/CRM contexts to deliver business value.
Manages project milestones, budgets, risks and user training.
Provides functional support during implementations and post-go-live.
Mentors and develops junior consultants.
