Job summary

TDS Telecom is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Representative to drive door-to-door sales of fiber internet, TV and phone services. You will own your territory by contacting 60+ homes daily and engaging 15–20 homeowners in meaningful conversations, with the goal of upgrading 1–3 families to faster services each day.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek (9 AM–9 PM, Mon–Sat) with hybrid options for admin work from home, and an uncapped commission structure that boosts earnings beyond base pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct door‑to‑door sales experience.
• Must be eligible for a seller’s permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customer sales by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects.
• Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel to other markets to support DFN launches, increase penetration rates, and develop relationships with local partners.
