Job summary

Compass Point Federal is seeking a seasoned Cyberspace Operations Analyst to provide senior-level expertise for Army Cyberspace Operations at Fort Gordon, GA. The role supports development, acquisition, and employment of Cyberspace capabilities and requires extensive knowledge of Army and Joint Cyberspace operations policies and doctrine.

You will coordinate with Army proponents, DA staff, and Joint partners, participate in focus groups and IPTs, and assist CAPDEV in integrating Cyberspace

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Networking, Telecommunications Management, or related technical field.
• 3+ years’ experience with requirements, capability development documentation and approval processes.
• Experience with Army/Joint requirements processes (e.g., JCIDS).
• Knowledge of Joint and service Cyberspace Operations organizations and their functions.
• Knowledge of Army/Joint Cyberspace Operations doctrine and related Army/Joint policies.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: CEH, GPEN, OCSP, CISSP or CISM, DCWF roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, systems, and technical SME support in Cyberspace Operations for Army programs.
• Coordinate with Army proponents, units, the DA Staff, and other DOTMLPF-P responsible agents to address Cyberspace requirements.
• Participate in working groups and reviews to develop and refine Cyberspace capabilities and policies.
• Support the integration of Cyberspace capabilities across DOTMLPF-P and assess impacts of new systems.
