Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cybersecurity remediation initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate end-to-end remediation and collaborate with security, engineering, and business teams to move complex work forward.

In this role, you will own the consolidated findings registry, report to executives, and drive improvements in cybersecurity practices while balancing risk and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional remediation projects.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, incident response, identity, cloud security.
• Excellent executive communication.
• Ability to define metrics and use data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, prioritization, and execution of remediation programs.
• Deliver end-to-end remediation across Moderna teams.
• Establish remediation governance, SLAs, escalation, and tracking.
• Define and monitor metrics, risks, and trends.
