Job summary

EY is seeking a CyberSecurity SIEM Engineer (Senior SDC) to join a global team focused on threat and vulnerability management. You will deploy and optimize cutting‑edge SIEM/SOAR solutions, work with clients to understand risks, and help build resilient security operations across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience; 1 year in information security systems and SIEM.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and security governance.
• Experience leading process design and SIEM/SOAR integration into business operations.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, OSI model, Windows/Linux/UNIX, and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Programming/scripting knowledge (Python, C, Java, Perl, Shell).
• Valid US driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services on Advanced SIEM platforms for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel; act as trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and adaptability to new cybersecurity tech.
• Understand strategic importance of SIEM in protecting business operations.
• Stay current on security capabilities and industry trends.
• Explain complex information systems insights to clients and teams clearly.
• Apply incident response knowledge (MITRE ATT&CK) to improve threat detection.
