You will drive multi-project execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and escalate risks while advancing standardization across Workday's programs. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter, strong problem solving, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management in product development.
• Experience defining, launching and iterating on development programs.
• Proven ability to lead agile transformations and drive efficient product development.
• Strong ability to gather business insights and inform strategic product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to align plans and drive execution.
• Identify roadblocks and mitigate risks proactively.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate key meetings and workshops.
