Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy Analyst to support HQ Marine Corps, DC I, IC4. You will develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, coordinate with DoD/DON, and lead sensitive policy initiatives focused on privacy, identity, and information protection.

You will engage senior leaders and stakeholders, assess risks, and contribute to governance and compliance programs within high-security environments. SECRET clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, analyzing, and implementing cybersecurity policy, strategy, standards, and governance in DoD/DON or comparable federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy/PII protection, risk management, and federal DoD requirements.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable service-level guidance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance and related workforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity plans, policies, directives, standards, and strategies.
• Support privacy and PII initiatives including assessments and reporting.
• Represent Marine Corps cybersecurity interests in DoD/DON forums and provide policy guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate posture, controls, vulnerabilities, and risks and suggest improvements.
• Support social media protection reviews and related cybersecurity activities.
