Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. in Maryland seeks an experienced cybersecurity administrator to lead the administration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise security platforms. You will develop and maintain service documentation, SOPs, and patching schedules, while mentoring junior staff.

Collaborating with engineering, you will plan and implement platform upgrades and enhancements and tackle complex troubleshooting to ensure maximum system availability and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight years of computer experience in at least two of: system analysis, system programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.
• Five+ years as a systems software specialist with enterprise-scale hardware/software and deep security platform expertise (SIEM, EDR, CSPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, operation, and maintenance of identified cybersecurity platforms to ensure availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain service documentation, SOPs, and patching schedules; mentor junior admins.
• Coordinate with engineering to plan and implement platform upgrades and enhancements; lead complex troubleshooting.
