Job summary

EY is hiring a cybersecurity consultant in the United States to provide reliable solutions for clients’ technology risks, lead security programs, and deliver SIEM/SOAR-enabled projects.

You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with Advanced Security Centers to deploy leading security tools like Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike and Splunk, while maintaining strong client relationships and addressing evolving cyber threats.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in information security focused on SIEM/SOAR.
• Hands-on with at least one leading SIEM: MS Sentinel, CrowdStrike, or Chronicle.
• 3 years in consulting delivering proposals and presentations.
• 2 years in security concepts: vulnerabilities, incident response, governance.
• 2 years in networking and security technologies.
• 2 years in process mapping and integrating SIEM/SOAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams delivering security and IT risk solutions.
• Engage with clients daily, leading sessions and workstreams.
• Manage engagement economics and budgets.
• Build strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Stay current on IT and industry trends to address client issues.
• Deploy cutting-edge security solutions with advanced SIEM/SOC.
