PingWind is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead in Huntsville, AL to direct the cybersecurity program across systems engineering, software design/integration, and RMF assessment activities. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and senior DoD/Army cybersecurity experience, including vulnerability management and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading DoD/Army cybersecurity programs and RMF assessments.
• Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800-37/800-53 and DoD/Army cybersecurity policy.
• Experience creating and maintaining RMF artifacts and authorization packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contract cybersecurity program across systems engineering, software design, testing and lifecycle support.
• Coordinate security activities with Government leadership, assessors, and program management.
• Lead RMF assess/authorize activities and support ATO/ATC decisions.
• Ensure implementation aligns with DoD/Army requirements, NIST SPs, DISA STIGs and policy.
• Oversee software assurance, SBOM concepts, OWASP mitigation, and third‑party risk.
• Maintain security artifact suite: SSP, PPSM, POA&M, risk assessments.
