Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for all networks, systems, data, and cloud infrastructure within the Cloud One OCI boundary. In this role you will serve as the ISSO, owning RMF lifecycle, SSP/POA&M updates, and ATO maintenance.

You will respond to breaches and incidents, coordinate with government and auditors, and support audits for Federal Financial Management systems migrating to OCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• Active CISSP or higher certification required at hire.
• Hands-on RMF lifecycle management experience.
• Experience responding to DoD/Federal security incidents.
• Familiar with NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs and cloud security controls.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for DoD and cloud environments.
• Serve as contractor ISSO; manage RMF package lifecycle and ATO maintenance.
• Coordinate with AO, SCA, ISSM; maintain SSP and RMF artifacts.
• Detect, respond to incidents; coordinate with DISA and auditor teams.
• Support SOC 1 Type 2 audits with evidence and artifacts.
• Embed RMF and security into CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps.
• Maintain enterprise security posture and track remediation.

5+ years information security in DoD/F

CISSP or higher

Incident response experience
