V2X, Inc. seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer III to join our Cybersecurity Engineering Team for the COBRA DANE radar program on Shemya Island, Alaska.

You will lead multi-functional System, Network, and Cyber Engineering tasks to ensure total compliance with DoD and DAF directives. As primary on-site ISSO, you will review policies, patch legacy systems, and coordinate with Site Leads for security hardening and incident response.

Qualificações

• Must have DoD 8140 qualification for System Administrator at Intermediate level (e.g., CompTIA Security+, SSCP, GSEC).
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise network environments (LAN/WAN) and basic switch/router configuration.
• Hardening knowledge of Windows, Linux, Solaris, and virtualization platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced, multi-tasked environment and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site ISSO for the facility; review and update system policies.
• Maintain and patch Solaris, Windows, and Linux servers in various environments.
• Manage directory services and secure configurations (Windows/Linux).
• Coordinate with agencies for Radar System Maintenance and RMF documentation.
