Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant IT experience.
• Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support (Proficiency: Intermediate).
• Secondary DCWF Work Role 441: Network Operations Specialist (Proficiency: Intermediate).
• Computing Environment includes Trellix IPS manager and Check Point Threat Prevention Specialist (CTPS).
• Four years of experience creating customized signatures using SNORT.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes information security requirements.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, and integration of information systems.
• Applies analytical and systematic approaches to resolve cybersecurity workflow, organizational, and planning problems.
