Job summary

Workday, Inc. is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to bridge strategic architecture with operational delivery. You will own detection telemetry, SaaS configuration drift, and asset-control verification while guiding associate and mid-level engineers.

You will build automated detection workflows, maintain security posture across EDR and SSPM, and mentor teammates on incident triage and automation best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• One of CISSP, GIAC (GSEC/GCED/GCIA/GCIH/GDSA), CompTIA Security+ or equivalent credential.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise tooling in EDR/SSPM/CAASM/EPM or Application Control.

Responsibilities

• Own detection telemetry and SaaS configuration drift monitoring.
• Provide high-touch escalation and guidance to engineers.
• Develop oversight for sensor health and detection tuning across Enterprise EDR.
