  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, and security control activities for IT and/or OT systems.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to brief cyber risks and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across program management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, customer, and cross‑functional teams.
  • IAM Level II, IAT Level II, or IASAE Level II certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01.

  • Familiarity with Navy communications systems, system‑of‑systems environments, platform integration, mission assurance, or OT cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity improvement initiatives across strategy, process, governance, tools, or technical execution.
  • Experience developing executive‑level briefings, risk summaries, accreditation artifacts, or technical decision‑support products.
  • Relevant advanced cybersecurity certifications or specialized training.
Additional Considerations

  • Outside employment or activities must not create conflicts of interest with company or customer responsibilities.
