Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in technical writing, technical editing, or content analysis.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of content development, including audience analysis, purpose, lifecycle management, governance, and measurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including grammar, clarity, tone, consistency, and AP Style.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Apply a consistent voice, style, structure, and terminology across all content.
• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews before publication to ensure accessibility and usefulness.
• Identify ambiguity and gaps; recommend revisions to improve comprehension and credibility.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and align with cybersecurity threats and frameworks.
• Develop, document, and maintain editorial best practices.
• Work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
